Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Chassis only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to violate applicable law, including export controls, sanctions, privacy, intellectual property, or computer-crime statutes.

You may not:

• Probe, scan, or attack systems you do not own or lack authorization to test — including Chassis itself and other customers.
• Circumvent authentication, billing, quotas, isolation, or rate limits.
• Interfere with or degrade shared capacity used by other customers through reckless or malicious load patterns.
• Attempt to access another organization’s data, keys, instances, or wallets.

Cryptocurrency mining and similar proof-of-work style mining on Chassis is prohibited unless OkeyMeta has given your organization express written permission for a named plan or contract. Default accounts may not mine. Unauthorized mining is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of related prepaid balance to the extent permitted by the Terms and law.

You may not use Chassis to host, train, serve, or distribute:

• Malware, ransomware, botnets, phishing kits, or tools whose primary purpose is fraud or unauthorized access.
• Content that is unlawful, that exploits or harms minors, or that facilitates trafficking or violent crime.
• Material that infringes others’ intellectual property rights when you lack a lawful basis to process it.
• Spam infrastructure or bulk unsolicited messaging systems.

You are responsible for the data, models, and prompts you process. Chassis does not pre-screen every workload; enforcement is reactive when we detect or receive credible reports of abuse.

Keep API keys and account credentials confidential. Do not share chs_… keys in public repositories or client-side bundles. You are responsible for activity performed with your keys and by members of your organization.

We may investigate, require remediation, suspend instances, revoke keys, or terminate accounts. We may preserve logs and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.

We may update this AUP. The effective date above will change when we post material revisions. Continued use of Chassis after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP where permitted by law.
