Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how OkeyMeta Ltd. (“OkeyMeta”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Chassis, our GPU cloud product, websites, and related support channels.
1. Who we are
Controller: OkeyMeta Ltd. Contact for privacy and support requests: support@okeymeta.com.ng. Product correspondence: chassis@okeymeta.com.ng.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, password hashes (handled by our auth provider), organization membership, and profile preferences.
- Billing data — wallet balances, top-up history, invoices, and limited payment metadata from our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers on Chassis servers).
- Usage data — job metadata, SKU selections, runtime metrics, API request logs, IP addresses, device/browser information, and diagnostic events needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Customer content — datasets, models, artifacts, and logs you upload or generate inside workloads. We process this to provide the Service you request.
- Communications — messages you send to support, and related tickets.
- Cookies (optional) — if you accept our cookie banner, we set a first-party visitor id to count unique site visitors and unique blog reads. We do not sell this data or use third-party ad trackers. Declining skips analytics cookies.
3. How we use information
We use personal data to:
- Provide, secure, and improve Chassis.
- Authenticate users and manage organizations.
- Process wallet top-ups, metering, and fraud prevention.
- Send transactional email (verification, receipts, alerts).
- Respond to support and legal requests.
- Analyze aggregated product usage to improve reliability and UX — not to sell personal profiles.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your jurisdiction, we process data under contract (to deliver Chassis), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, lawful requests).
5. Sharing
We share information with subprocessors that help us run Chassis (hosting, authentication, email, payments, observability), under contracts that require appropriate protection. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service. We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
Chassis may process data in regions where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. Retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Customer Content is retained while your organization needs it and may be deleted after account closure subject to backup cycles and legal holds. Support tickets are retained as needed to resolve issues and improve service quality.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and isolation of customer workloads. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials and API keys.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact support@okeymeta.com.ng to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.
10. Children
Chassis is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
